How to enable Javascript
Timelimes uses Javascript to automatically update the contents of your
feed without needing to refresh the page. The technology is called AJAX,
which stands for 'Asynchronous JavaScript and XML'.
Timelimes won't function on a machine or browser which has
Javascript disabled. If you're using Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox,
Safari, Chrome or Opera, you can enable Javascript using the instructions below.

Version 5.0 - 6.x
- On the menu at the top of the window, click 'Tools'
- Click 'Internet Options...' (the last item in the menu)
- Click on the 'Security' tab
- Click on the 'Custom Level...' button

Scroll down the 'Scripting' group. Under 'Active Scripting' click
the circle next to 'Enable'.
- A warning box may appear which says 'Are you sure you want
to change the security settings for this zone?'. Click 'Yes'
- Click OK to close the 'Internet Options' window.
- Close and re-open Internet Explorer
Version 7 +
- Click the 'Tools' button, located in the upper-right corner of the screen
- Click 'Internet Options...' (the last item in the menu)
- Click on the 'Security' tab
- Click on the 'Custom Level...' button

Scroll down the 'Scripting' group. Under 'Active Scripting' click
the circle next to 'Enable'.
- A warning box may appear which says 'Are you sure you want
to change the security settings for this zone?'. Click 'Yes'
- Click OK to close the 'Internet Options' window.
- Close and re-open Internet Explorer
Mozilla Firefox
Version 2 +
- On the file menu at the top of the window, click 'Tools'
- Click 'Options...' (the last item in the menu)
- Click on the 'Content' tab (the third tab from the left)
- Ensure 'Enable Javascript' is checked
- Click the 'OK' button at the bottom of the box to save the changes
- Close and re-open Firefox
Safari
Version 1 +
- Click the settings button (a picture of a cog in the upper-right corner of the screen)
- Click 'Preferences...' (the fourth option from the bottom)
- Click on the 'Security' tab (the second tab from the right)
- Ensure 'Enable Javascript' is checked
- Close the preferences window
- Close and re-open Safari
Chrome
Version 1 +
Javascript is enabled in Google Chrome by default. If you're experiencing
problems with Javascript when using Chrome, ensure you are not starting your
browser with the 'disable-javascript' flag.
Opera
Version 2 +
- On the menu at the top of the window, click 'Tools'
- Click 'Preferences...' (the last item in the menu)
- Click the 'Advanced' tab
- In the list of categories on the left, click 'Content' (the fourth option down)
- Ensure 'Enabled Javascript' is checked
- Click OK to save the preferences
- Close and re-open Chrome
